Steel Box Type Single Girder Underslung Crane Electric Travelling Single Beam Bridge
LX single girder suspension overhead crane is also called single beam suspension overhead crane,single girder underhung overhead crane, it is used with monorail CD or MD electric hoist, it owns tight dimension, low building headroom, light dead weight and light wheel load. It is a light duty track traveling crane with I beam track. The standard capacity is 0.5T, 1T, 2T, 3T, 5T; the span is from 3m to16m. it adopts ground control and works at a environment temperature of -20--40 centigrade. It is prohibited to use the equipment at combustible,explosive or corrosive environment.
LX single girder suspension overhead crane applies to works in factories or warehouses where the height from the rail surface to the lower edge of the truss is equal to or shorter than 500mm.
The trolley forms a set with electric hoist, The mechanism is nimble, with safe and reliable motion. It is capable of designing and making non-standard hoisting equipment if span needs special design.

Main Features of Steel Box Type Single Girder Underslung Crane Electric Travelling Single Beam Bridge :
1.Double welding box girder, beam deflection with DIN/FEM standard
2.Steel Material: Chinese standard Q235B and Q345B
3.Trolley rail is made of high strength hot rolled flat steel (16 Mn)
4.Epoxy zinc-rich painting for one bottoms and two sides of 120μm thick, to achieve a long lifespan, beautiful appearance and good luster
5.The girder and end beam are connected together by high strength bolts to ensure the structure strength and precision of the whole machine
6.The end beams are equipped with flat wheel or double rim wheels, anti-friction bearings, buffer blocks and derailment preventing end plate
7.Maintenance walkway is located on one side of the main girder, consisting of flower pattern plate, 1050meters handrail.
