MG model Double girder portal crane is a track traveling Medium-Heavy sized crane,it mainly consists of the skeleton structure, lifting trolley and cross traveling mechanism, long traveling mechanism, cabin,festoon cable and electrical control system. The trolley can move horizontally on a pair of rails on the main beam. This product is a regular crane widely used in open-air warehouse and workshop, material yard, port,railway station,hydroelectric power station,logistics park and some other outdoor place, where it has a high frequency or more lifting times. It is prohibited for lifting melt metal, flammable, explosive, corrosion, overloading, dust and other dangerous operations.
Product feature of MG type Double girder portal crane
1). Long Life Span: 20-30 years;
2). Steel Material: Q235B and Q345B;
3). Trolley rail is made of high strength hot rolled flat steel (16 Mn)
4). Epoxy zinc-rich painting,120μm thick, to achieve a long lifespan, beautiful appearance and good luster
5). Control method is cabin control or remote control;
6). Maintenance walkway is located on both sides of the main girder, consisting of flower pattern plate, 1050mm handrail.
7). Crane is equipped with all moving limit switch, loading limit and other standard safety devices, to promise crane work safe.
