Product Introduction:
The structure of the grab bridge crane is the same as that of the universal hook bridge crane(QD type), but its lifting appliances are different. The lifting appliances of the grab bridge crane are equipped with a grab below the hook to grab materials.
Hook bridge crane is a general bridge crane which is widely used in the lifting machinery.Its lifting capacity is from 5tons to 450/80tons,and its working duty is A3~A8 according to the frequency of usage.
It is suitable for loading, unloading and hoisting work in factories, warehouses and freight yards where the ambient temperature is -20℃~40℃ and the relative humidity is not more than 85%. It is forbidden to work in the environment of flammable, explosive and corrosive gas.
Configuration:
QD type hook crane is mainly composed of a box-shaped bridge,a trolley traveling mechanism, a crane traveling mechanism and an electrical control system. The lifting mechanism is a hook.But the lifting mechanism of grab crane is a grab.
Track is laid on the main beam for the trolley to move laterally along the direction of the main beam. The main girder is welded with the box-shaped end girder, and the end girder is arranged with joints, bolts or pin connections for the crane to be disassembled and transported.
The control method has three ways mainly: pendant line button control, wireless remote control and aerial cabin control, generally standard way is cabin control.
There are two types of cabin : open and closed, with adjustable seats, insulating pads on the bottom plate, and tempered glass for window glass. Air conditioners, sounders, walkie-talkies and other items can be configured according to users'requirements.
The basic conditions to ensure that the grab is full of materials are: suitable bucket type, basic size and sufficient dead weight. According to the characteristics of the material to be grabbed, the grab is often divided into four basic types: light, medium, heavy and extra heavy. The weight of the medium-sized grab is approximately equal to the weight of the material, the weight of the light-weight is smaller, and the weight of the heavy-duty bucket is larger.
Application:
For various types of grabs, the corresponding parameters and structural types should be selected. The double-jaw grab is suitable for grabbing granular materials and powders. When grabbing materials with a particle size larger than 100mm or more solid materials, the jaw plate should be made into a belt. Toothed; when a grab bucket is used to unload a quasi-rail vehicle, the volume of the grab bucket is generally not more than 3m. Multi-jaw (also known as lotus) grab, the number of jaws in the bucket is generally 6, and the incision of the jaw is sharp, suitable for grabbing materials that are difficult to insert into the double-jaw grab, such as large pieces of hard ore, aluminum Ingots, iron filings and scrap steel, etc.
